I am leaving Thursday blank. I ate a lot of junk, but I did get about an hour in on the treadmill. I figure it's better to just call it my "indulgence" day for the week and call ite good. Back to a normal today. In fact, looking at my calendar, I should be right back on rack now. My next indulgence day will be New Year's, which fits into my normal routine. Next stop, < obese! (I need about 4 lbs to achieve that goal!)
