The Biggest Loser
Last night was the first time I have ever watched that show....let's just say I am now hooked! My co-worker and a friend have these secret society meetings that only "Loser" friends can understand and enjoy. I always feel left out in the dark, but no more :) I guess I shouldn't be complaining because I have my own secret clubs with "Lost" and "Weeds".....so back to the loser show. Tears were falling down my face, couldn't hold them back...and I actually had a soft spot for all of them in there own way.
Exercise
Taking another latin dance class tonight...I'm addicted and have some twisted vision that I will be one of the hot mamacita's some day. Back to reality, I'm going home in August and being half spanish my family does alot of dancing but the Welsh side came out in me and gave me jerk motions with rolling hips...haha! So with my weight loss and dance lessons I'm determined to be my own mamacita in some way.

Cheated and got on the scale (not suppose to) down to 156.4...not recording it yet :) 3 pounds gone......

L - Salad w/balsalmic
S - carrot sticks
D - brown rice, beans, veggies
Yipee...I'm on Day 4
