wasnt allowed to do my weigh in today either. which sucks i want to know if iim making progress, but i guess my trainer knows best. he gave me a book today called "Eat This.. Not That" gonna take a look at it and see what helpful hints i can get from it. Ive been doing better about staying away fomr fast food. lately if i find myself craving taco bell or something i grab a piece of fruit instead. Cheers for me. :) holidays are going to be tough. ive got 3 meals in one day to attend on christmas day..... im going to be good tho. and limit myself. I can do it......i think :p
