Well only just started and already failed!!! Went out for Christmas lunch with work. That wasn't too bad, but then I got in the Christmassy mood, and came home and drank a bottle of wine!!! Think I will put Atkins on hold til new Year but will try to be sensible in between the celebrations!!! Wasn't the best decision to start a week before Christmas!!
I have tried to share weight etc with everyone but although I have checked the appropriate boxes, it still comes up with I'm not sharing. Have reported it to fat secret. Anyway I weigh 154lbs and my goal is 125. Can anyone see my journal entries or are they too hidden

I can see your journal entries and your info. I totally know what you mean about the holidays. For dieters...they're difficult! Starting again after the holidays maybe the best thing. I'm kind of on the same path. I've been great for 2 weeks, lost 10 lbs, and now starts the holidays. I think I'm going to plan to do the same thing. Have fun, eat, celebrate - then start the New Year on the right foot. We can do this!!!
