Weekly 36-hour fast number seven complete.
I'm down 1.4 pounds from last week at this time. Although I felt that I relaxed a bit during the week, and I ate more of what the rest of the family ate, I did try to keep the carbs in check, but since I don't count calories, I worried I hadn't, and yesterday's morning weigh-in was higher than I would have liked. I guess that was mostly water weight, though, as it looks like I did okay in the end.
I still could have cut out a dose or two of sugar and one particularly significant after-supper snack binge in the past few days. Something to work on in the coming week.
