Morning all, as promised - an update on my weight after my 1000calorie meal yesterday. I’ve gained 400 grams, which I was quite surprised with! I expected much more. This means that I have lost 3.8kg during my 7 day fast. Which I am ecstatic with! I am now doing alternate day fasting until Saturday - where we will go dining with family and then going on holiday from Sunday to Thursday and then year end function on Friday! Then I’ll do another fast and contemplating on starting the Chloe Ting Summer shred challenge. I would love to do it with other members so we can motivate each other... anyone interested?
