Well went to the doc today because of some concerns weight included the doc suggested following a mediteranean diet which im completely happy about an he suggested to attempt to stick to 12oo cal diet an keep track an to my supprise i was already averaging around 1130 cal per day its a little more reassureing to know where im at with that, but now sure how many caleries less i should go since im below where the doc wanted me at kinda perplexed about that but excited to finally have a physician listening instead of shrugging my concerns off currently living alone so it seems to make it easier to concentrate on me for a change, am praying for good results taking each step one day at a time.
