Well that would be about right if you did a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day. Some here say one pound is 3500 calories. 7 days @ 500 deficit = 3500. Great job SD! 💪

Steven you are so right it was hard I made it until Sunday I'm going to finish out the day but I will definitely not be doing another week of that you are way stronger than me I don't know how you made it for two weeks I had cravings big time anyway just thought I would let you know my results
