Last night I could not go to sleep. This is what happens when an adult has too much screen time just before bedtime—screening as in puzzle games with designing features. I enjoy them so much! (Just removed 2–felt guilty!) Usually I read before bedtime, but last night I didn’t—plus yesterday was a rest day and I just was not tired.
