i am currently at 140lb :( i want to get to 110lb, thats a massive 30lb loss!! i really need to be more motivated, with exercise and fasting, as well as less calorie intake when i do decide to eat. i am aiming to lose a minimum of 3lb a week, which i know i can do :) i am currently taking phentermine weight loss pills, to try and help me with my appetite, and lose weight in the process. Today i am fasting from now till saturday, then i am off to my parents to visit, so, will have to eat there, but back to the fasting for a minimum of 5 days next week. i want to take up the wii fit challenge, work out for 2 weeks at 30 minutes a time and see if that helps me....i also own an eliptical, which is great for shifting those lb's and toning up.:) so, here we go day 1 - drinking coffee and diet coke or water. no food!!!! must lose 3lb by end of week!
