No good tips. I have just been weighing and logging "everything" I eat. I was eating 900 calories per day, but I am up now to 1000 per day. I also weight myself three times a day.It has been hard but I have stuck to my diet pretty well. Christmas day and today have been really hard on me. I blew it yesterday and ate 1300 calories. I've been a little better today, but I keep nibbling. I have got to get the sweets out of the house. So tomorrow is my get back on track day.
