Beginning July 11 I lost 28 pounds.... from 180 to 152. The first 25 was off by October 1. The next three are just a product of routine exercise regimen I enjoy and eating healthier food I have come to enjoy more than the bad stuff. At this point I am not really dieting or setting goals just making sure I don't undue my previous concentrated effort to get more fit.
After a sore elbow heals from a silly episode of lifting more weight than I needed to lift I will resume adding weight lifting to my regimen to build muscle and maintain a thin waist. For now it has been three or four hours a week of cross training (in organized classes) and cardio (spinning classes and the combination. Also never thought I would like yoga but I do and believe it has helped with my flexibility and general health.
