hi Shalanda you have been trying to lose this weight for a long time let's get this to together now you have lose some weight but not enough to get laxs now you have to work hard at this weigth loss things are moving slowly now and your starting to wonder if this is really worth it if your not loseing how you want to' but you have patince like you were when you were waitin for all four of your children to be born you could not rush that and you can't rush this.
