yeh I've tried them. I'm not a fan but you might like them. To me, they have a weird texture. Fingers crossed you'll like them

Let us know what you think! Use with a strong flavoured sauce too 🙂

Not bad but a bit different texture than the regular noodles/pasta has. I prefer Konjac rice 🙂.

Yes and the pasta is even worse! Enjoy

No nutrients in that. If you want to reduce your carb intake then get the organic black bean Spaghetti or Edamame Bean Fettuccine from Aldi.

Don't let the smell put you off, strong sauce is a good idea.

I've tried them, they are OK. It's not exactly like noodles but close enough and fills you up OK with few calories. I've made then stir friend with eggs and vegetables and I also put them in a Thai curry sauce.

I got them from home bargains. I will have other noodles on hand if they're bad 🤣👍

I’ve tried a different version of Konjac noodles- Barenaked noodles. I actually love them! I watched a documentary about konjac as well which was really interesting as it talked about how the noodles are made. I think they’re relatively tasteless and similar in texture/flavour to rice vermicelli. Way better for calorie count though!

I should also point out that I’m a bit more use to eating seemingly strange alternatives due to my dietary restrictions....which could explain a lot...

I’m currently eating similar one, shirataki noodles and rice. It’s almost 0 cal per serving. Taste good.
