This morning I did my WiiFit for 32 minutues. According to my WiiFit I weigh 121, so I am going to change my weight to that (I am not sure how accurate that is, but I’ll go by that because that’s the only scale I have here). On the Wii I did the advanced step twice, hula hoop once (I suck at this!), boxing twice (I love this!!!), and the jogging thing once (that’s just okay to me). I really love the boxing and the step ones, they are so much fun!

Tomorrow when I do it, I will do more like yoga, balance, and strength exercises. When I used to do WiiFit often, I would do aerobics one day and then the other stuff on the next day so I am going to try to stick to that.

Also, I know that I was going to do the junk food challenge but I think it’s a very bad week for me to do it. First of all, Christmas is Saturday and second of all tomorrow is my last day at my internship and I was going to bring them in cookies. I don’t want to be a quitter, but at the same time…I already had these things going on. I am not sure what to do about that.

My Wii Fit is the only scale I have in my house too. It makes it easier for to resist the temptation of weighing myself ALL the time. I actually have to turn things on to do it! Lol. It's pretty accurate, only a few pounds off from my drs scale. I like to think it's more consistent than a regular scale.
