Trying to get back to the grind. Football season is over and most of the holidays are down. Basically been fluctuating up and down since August so now that I hopefully have no more bad things ahead outside of New Years I should be able to get my head back in the game. I guess I should be happy that I was able to maintain relatively.
Milestones: 10.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!! 21.1 lbs – 100 pounds lost 30.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range 39.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
