I Have been going to the gym ... food intake for a while was poorly kept.. cant help it I love food :P but still I keep it moderately low and im sticking to IF.. eat NOTHING after 6:30pm until next day say about 10:30 and I have already gone to the gym at 6am.. but I honestly have to give credit to getting mega sick about a week ago... I ate nothing for 2 days then just liquids for the next two days and I lost 8lbs that week...
