so the past two days my fat percentage is outrageous!!! Time to get a grip and slow it down!! Eating foods I like, and mostly healthy ones. The broccoli that i really love is hurting me!! :( makes me sad that i can't eat it in cupfuls anymore. Trying to increase my H2O consumption as well. Tomorrow I start exercising. That's the part I dislike the most and i don't know why. Every time I work out the endorphins kick in and I feel terrific!! But, then I go through my 10 hour day at work and about 2pm I feel like i'm gonna collapse. But, gotta start somewhere. Other people do it...they're the ones that are healthy!! Well, that's gonna be me!!
