I should keep up with this journal more often. I went backwards this weekend. I've been stressed out financially for more reasons than one, I don't know what I'm going to do with school and the whole situation with Gisele created a period of depression and binging. We made peace last night and tonight they dragged me out to the gym. I was thankful that they did because otherwise I would have continued my binging cycle for a day3 since Sunday. I have so much to take care of and I've been avoiding any responsibilities hoping that everything will just get better. Anyways, it isn't a new realization that my self-esteem is directed influenced by my weight and more specifically my appearance. So to hell with stress. Time to channel my worries, hate and stress into productive gym sessions and more importantly better eating habits [once again].
I started the month off banishing alcohol but to hell with that too, no? Moderation is key.

I've found the best stress relief to be either a good workout or a good run. You've got a good outlook, now just keep up that intensity. And, yes, moderation is the key...alcohol is just too good to give up completely.
