Cheers everyone and Happy Holidays!!
So the countdown to Christmas begins and I am not done my shopping...YIKES! I guess I am thankful I don't have that much left do and am planning on a midnight trip out tonight to try to finish it. Tomorrow my mom is having a huge supper and we are celebrating Christmas early. This will help with the spacing of the larger meals this season so this is good, as I will be away next weekend visiting other family and friends. I do still have to work Mon- Thurs next week, so that will keep me in line with eating good during the days I am there. I always seem to be able to keep on track while I am at work. I actually have been struggling a lot with keeping my whole routine in check when I am at home....this weekend as been chaotic and busy as there is a lot going on with trying to realize some dreams and getting into a new home at the lake! I feel that I will just have to use my instinct these next couple weeks as I probably won't be able to record my food intake because I will be away. I plan on using the moderation rule and will try to get some excercise in the best I can - tomorrow is my goal to do some weights and light cardo. I so far have not gained any weight and am feeling like I am in a good place about everything. I recently learned a lot about excersice so will try to incorporate the new knowledge and apply it. There will also be a bit of snowmobiling in this holiday so that is always good for a full body workout any given day! :)
When the new year comes I know it will all fall back into place with my schedule and I plan on accelerating towards my health goals and my physical fitness gains.
