It's peculiar how my thoughts follow my mood swings (or vice versa). Today I am upbeat and positive. Sometimes I make such a big deal about food and fall into the trap of giving it more importance than it's due. I know what to do. Am I serious, really serious this time about following through? Will I ride the cravings and mind games? I think yes. Today is a new day. I have an arsenal of tools at my disposal. Only I can make the difference. Others have done it on their own - no surgery, no pills. They are my heroes.
