I'm yet again having a struggle with weight loss. Yes, I'm off sodas but I struggle with eating the right thing for more than over a short period of time. I don't last for the long haul. Or could it be I'm just in self-doubt and have no confidence today? Anyway as you can see I've gained weight and I'm upset about it! I want my weight to go down, down, down. I hate showing my weight has gone up! I know other peoples' weight goes up and down , too. So why do I feel so all alone in this today?

Ugh. I know what you mean, Deb. It is so hard to have confidence sometimes. That's soooo where I was back in June, and the first part of July. It's horrible. But, you can ***SOO*** do this. No matter how you look at it, no matter what's happened in between, you are still down to 189 today from 350. That's just plain incredible. The body metabolism is so funny and hard to figure out -- there's just so many variables. You have been over this ground before. Don't let it get to you. Use your strengths. You still have your restriction, use it to your advantage. The big things... get lots of water and protein, get tons of sleep, and work out, especially with weights if you can. That alone will kick you into a higher gear. You'll feel it. You'll get your confidence back. You're going to ROCK THIS! :D

Deb u r not alone I go through the same thing. So many times o want 2 say whats the use. I got down 2 193 and 2day got on the scale n weighed 203. NO WAY I said . I also gave up sods n drink mostly water 4 a little flavor I add crystal light. Syarted juicing and hsve protien with it. My biggest fault is I dont exercise like I should. I agree wit rob. U got the kno how its a matter of workn it. U g o t this dont let it get u down. Fight fight fight and keep on fighting. 2gether we got I t beat. Im cheerin 4 u deb.
