Some days you just slide back down that mountain you have been climbing and you just need to brush off your hands and get to climbing again. That was Wednesday for me and I am still recovering from the spike in weight. I was focused yesterday and back on track and today will be the same... but with more exercise.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have those days... However, I've done what you did, surround it with good days, and in a week you won't even notice it happened! Stay with it, you're doing good!
