Well I put on some water weight after going off Atkins for ten days while we were on vacation in Denver for Thanksgiving. Fortunately I was expecting this so I didn't freak out. I simply got right back on track. It took 4 days for the water weight to come off and what I'm left with is half a pound of fat gained overall (which will soon be vanquished!). Atkins works the best for me and is the easiest plan for me to follow.
