I'm so glad the job change is going so well! Anything we can do to reduce stress is a great thing, especially this time of year! And as an exercise enthusiast, I'm always glad to hear others get as much benefit from it as I do. Thanks too for your comments on my journal. I'm also trying to get a better grip on when I'm truly hungry. I think the tea idea is a good one. I'll drink something when I'm cooking or chew gum to hold me over until its time to eat. xoxox
