Since I started with this website I've given myself till the end of the year then the serious dieting will start. The major change I have made so far is not eating anything late at night. I had a habit of eating a bowl of cereal while I watch TV late at night. I have already seen a few pounds lost just by stopping eating anything after dinner time.
Now that it's a new year I am going to buckle down and start eating healthier and working out more frequently. I am 337 days away from my wedding and I am determined to be slim for that! :o)
