happy monday FSF i need to revamp my diet bc it feels as though ive stalled.... i hope that everyone is having a great day and i'll continue to look to you for inspiration :)

Choo choo. Good morning. The body is amazing at adapting. And surviving. Stalls happen. We get through them. You'll get it. Just be more stubborn than your body. At least I have to. Anything you do consistently has to bring results. Seems to be a law. Maybe seedtime and harvest like ecclesiastes says? IDK. Just a thought.

Thanks @one... Good morning. I've been on IF and OMAD for a few years... To me it works if you do it right. I had a binging problem at one time and they both helped. I must admit that I need to exercise more! I miss my elliptical. We'll all get there though. Anyways I hope that you have a great day... It's a big one.🇺🇸

Yep the planet. Abbreviations. My bad. On a funny note the 70 year old lady giving me my ballot today actually said my bad. It's cute when older people r hip. Lol.

I plateaued and crept up for about 8 weeks late summer early Fall. It is VERY frustrating. I had to step up the exercise by, literally, climbing stairs in my house for 15 minutes twice a day. HATE it, but it kicked me back into gear. About to do it now. You've done great so far (applause). Good luck!

I've learned that throughout my weight loss journey I've had to twerk and adjust my eating and fitness goals because I also stalled. I've met and exceeded my weight loss goal so now I'm in maintenance mode, which can be challenging as well. I'm at point now that I'm focusing more on my workouts. You will learn what works as you continue on your journey. Sounds like your already figuring out what works ..👍💜

Keep your head up and reevaluate when things get stall we tend to get unmotivated just a suggestion thats what I usually do nice picture be blessed

choochoo2, I was reading the comments, and I wanted to say exercising more intensely (gradually heavier weights, more challenging exercise) over time has made a big difference.
