hey D. I saw deadlifts in the smith in one of your workouts. how do those work for you? I'm reading a little as that's my only option outside dumbbells at PF. some say they're dangerous others say they're good. I'm slightly confused by all the info out there.

They work well, the PF Smith kind of angles back so it is a little less awkward. I attribute the back to heavy deadlifts. I'm sure all the pullups didn't hurt either.
