Day 3. I must keep telling myself the following: This is a lifestyle change. I create my reality. MInd games can be controlled. I am strong in other areas of my life, and I can be strong in this. I have support from my family, friends, and there's a world of reading material just for me. It took a long time to become this way, and it will take a long time to undo it. After it becomes habituated it will be easier. I will do it this time because my strategies are more encompassing, more about who I am and who I want to be, more spiritual, more emotional, and finally, more realistic. I am living the life I created. No more denial.

This evening went on a binge (salt and crunch). I actually felt a euphoria. a sort of relief. Sad. I must be prepared better and arm myself with substitutes for mind, body, and spirit.
