just got some scales and I HAVE LOST WEIGHT SINCE I WAS WEIGHED BY THE DOCTOR! I am so excited!!! I'm still over 100kg but it is so heartening to see that ive lost weight, AND a few cms on my body measurements. This is sooo exciting omg! 42 kgs to go!
