I was a little worried yesterday with my husband making lasagna for dinner with my favorite sourdough bread... but I knew it was coming, so I kept my morning calories down and came out feeling good by bed time. It was a good day.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
