Had my yearly assessment done at the gym today and I am EXTREMELY pleased! I went from 19% body fat down to 17.9%! 91.1 pounds of muscle and only 19.9 pounds of fat! I am aiming for 15% body fat. Working with a trainer & going to re-assess in 3-6 months.
