Ok well here goes round 5000. Gah this is horrible, I hvae decided that since new years is coming up I will make that my resolution to kick my finall 17/18 lbs i want to lose. I really want to stick to it this time. Well here goes nothing i suppose.

Ok well today didn't start of well but i figure if i see exactly how many calories i am eating that will teach me to go easy on the fatty foods and force myself to work out more. i hope :)
ok so i have joined a challenge to start exercising at least 30min everyday which i think will motivate me into going in the right direction and start me with good habits this new year :)
