Had a surprising day off and took advantage of it to spend the day with my husband and get some much needed errands done. Walked 10K steps. We did eat out twice and I went a little above the calorie count. I will cut back tomorrow to create a deficit to make up for it. It is always a treat to be able to spend the day with my best friend.
