Well, I was 231 for Christmas Day which is a heck of a lot better than the 340+ that the doctor's scale recorded in August of 2007. The last known weight on record was 340 in February when I started my weight loss journey. It's become a lifestyle, which is nice for me.

See, my problem is that I've lost motivation these days. I've been eating so much candy, junk food, fast food, over-indulging at restuarants. I just seem to have fallen off track. The only reason I'm down to 222 today is because I've had a violent virus for the past 3 days.

I want to get back on track and start strong in the New Year. Any pointers?

well guess all i can say is you do not wanna see that 340 ever again, as i do not wanna see my 240lbs. ever again, i may not have been no extreme at weight loss here since ya'all know me here, but,i was once 240-and it pertrifies me to see that ever again, tis what keeps me pretty much at the same # but,i know i can get down lower,i have done it before, was 130!! which was too skinny~ if i hit 140-145 i will be soooooooooooooooooooo HAPPY! we will do this thing together,best wishes to you in 2009!!!you can do it,look what you have done! whew!! proud of you!

Take it day by day and ask yourself at least 3 times, "Do I really want that" before giving in. Try to stop before you become full. Good luck getting back on track!
