Had chicken teriyaki with broccoli and cauliflower rice then I wanted to try cooking mushrooms in some sesame oil and some honey with some carrot thrown in too was super yummy and only 414 calories for all stuffed now 😂

Felt like I was eating a take away, will definitely be having the mushrooms again maybe with some garlic added next time 🙂

😊 I need to explore and try some new things, I tend to have a lot of vegetable stir fry’s with sweet chilli or soy sauce but getting bored of that.

Yeah I have stir fry once a week you could do chicken korma they do reduced fat ones taste the same and tikka and balti I do mine with cauliflower rice and couple of poppadoms under 500 calories for the meals also I like doing Meats with veggies and gravy and I do roasted carrots instead of potatoes or carrot and swede mash! I much prefer baking to cooking which isn’t great but kids love their weekly bakes 😩

Another idea adpreso you could do a homemade lamb kebab much healthier than takeaway ones I’ve not tried it out yet but definitely want to give it ago 😊

I’m doing it tonight haha nipped into tesco earlier to get the stuff and popped back home popped it in the slow cooker just went home to let my daughter in it’s smelling good 🤤
