Up 600 gr this morning - last night's pide didn't even weigh 600 gr! This is definitely a digestion issue but I'm out tonight - a rare occasion for me not to eat at home these days. It will be a traditional Turkish meal so I'll probably pick from the meze plate and have some salad and fruit and a couple glasses of wine. That's the plan, anyway.
