Great job!! Hey, a very smart lady here... she did phase II so beautifully... she added only ONE phase II allowed food per week to be sure that her body would be tolerant of it and not gain too much by adding it. This was such a great idea and showed her what foods would slow her up and what ones worked out for her. I believe this is suggested this way in the book... I'm not for sure, though. Keep up the great, and hard work, you're doing AWESOME! :)
