Where did progress go in my diet haha boo hoo. I have fallen off the clift lately and I am taking huge portions and junk food with me. I am exploring new foods such as green shakes but I am not being mindful of picking up salad etc at the grocery store. Staying on a plan and sicking with it. Preparing the night before. Tonight I even tried to make my own tomato juice. Crazy but I actually like tomato juice and I stopped drinking it because of the HIGH sodium. Let's just say it was not extremely bad I was able to get it down but I am a little way from perfecting the recipe. I am not sure how I am going to get my weight down. I am in school and I wait to the last minute to get my butt in high gear, stress and nibble on snacks chips, candy, you know the garden variety kind of junk food lol.
