Well, I'll admit it, I haven't done a darn thing about my weight the last couple of weeks, except maybe increase it. :-) Although I'm not back to "square 1" at 234 pounds, I can definately tell I haven't been exercising or watching what I eat. I feel disgusting and bloated. One of my goals (not resolution) is to lose 1 pound a week next year by exercising at least an hour a day at least 4 days a week and keeping my calories until 2000. I will definitely depend on fatsecret to keep me on track.
