I gained 36 lbs over the course of the year. I am by no means discouraged by this. I know what I did wrong, but I also remember what I was doing right to lose the weight the first time around. I really feel like this is the time I'm going to lose it for good.

I had gained almost 40 pounds since I first weighed in here. I had to adjust my starting weight to the higher one, but now I am down 30 pounds again. I intend to continue this way and I know you will too.
