I have always been hesitant to use the treadmill because the first ever time I used one i felt like I was going to die. Ever since then I always stuck to the good old bicycle and cross trainer but today my friend persuaded me to try out the treadmill. AND IT WASN'T THAT BAD!!! I managed to do a jog for 10 minutes without dying. I think now I am definitely going to incorporate the treadmill in my workout routine. and I must say it is such a lovely change from constantly using the cross trainer and bike. All smiles today! I did cheat today but it's fine I won't let that get me down. There is tomorrow to make it right :) All smiles
