I've got a new attitude, loyal FS friends & supporters! Recognizing that I eat for emotional reasons, I'm seeking professional help starting today :) in hopes that I get begin to re-wire my brain away from using food for reasons other than nourishment. While in this process, I'm going to take some of my journaling private, though of course, I'll still be here for each of wonderful, amazing, couldn't live without you, you! I'm just not going to go though my daily "whats on my calendar" routine. I will though be continuing my journaling from the EWYL mindful eating for binge eaters retreat. In fact, we start Chapter 1 today, so as soon as I can, I'll be positing a recap. Also, please know that I'm still praying for serenity daily (would love to have you join me!); praying, breathing, journaling, expressing & working through each new day, meal, moment, bite and emotion; and am and will always be grateful beyond words for each of you & all the love and support you've given so freely! xoxoxo Ruth
