So counting calories and working out is not working. Mixing it up with a metabolism diet. :) Still enjoying my ifit workouts and getting my mileage in.

I feel for you. I have found that I have to eat 1200-1500 cal per day plus exercise to lose or even maintain weight....Ready for the great famine!
