If I am not tracking my food on fat secret it is tracking my weight gain. I have pigged out over the past week. I have been stressed therefore spelled back words is desserts!! I think I will look into some of these diet plans. I have grown to love the green smoothie- there are so many recipes out there. I have a scoop of alive protein spinach, aloe vera juice, and a banana. SO good.
