For what seemed like an eternity, almost 3 months later (since my last update, 19/July/2020) I've built up the strength to continue with my weight loss journey ❤️ some days I ate ice-cream, on other's an entire Ultramel custard box 💔, some days I'd eat clean. That's if I happened to gather enough strength to be in the kitchen for more than 5 seconds.
But I'm glad all my hard work didn't go down the drain. I've somehow, I don't know how, managed to keep shedding off some grams to sum up 3.2kg 😂😂 counting calorie consumption really does work! 😉 The last time I lifted a finger and worked out was June 5th, lol. But yesterday I managed to clock 21 578 steps 😭 burning 839kcal (think my afternoon walk was like 10km or something, also attempted to jog a bit).
Today was a lazy day but I've so far managed to clock 17 259 steps (completed yesterday's walk route, but didn't bother to pace walk/jog 😅🙄) burning 584kcal. 🔥🔥
All is well. I'm back! Full force!
