Day one did my treadmill 37 minutes. Not sure if the challenge is to do 1/2 hour a day or an hour a day. but I did somewhere in between. I did good with food until my hubby wanted dinner 1t 10pm. Ugh, cooked fish and rice, but ate both that late at night.... bad. Well, today is a new day. ttyl :)
