Trying a new recipe for lunch (next 2 days) -- and had to sample it. Sweet and sour cabbage and kale slaw. I also added broccoli to it as well -- probably should not have, but loving spouse bought extra broccoli when I didn't need it. So, added to this recipe. It needs something...perhaps grilled chicken would be a nice addition, if I had any!
