I know weeks like that can get me discouraged- hang in there, you're looking long haul, not just a one week snapshot. You're doing great :)

The scale is only a tool, to see what you weigh. if you are working out a lot and building muscle mass, your weight may not change. Your stamina will, your sizes will. Are you taking measurements once a week or so? I've seen bigger transformation there than the scale. A gallon of fat and a gallon of water weigh the same. I'd rather drink the water. You're doing it! head down and hang tough!

I have been there many times, and have had to be talked down from the crazy ledge lol. If you are doing everything right then fat is disappearing regardless of what you are seeing on the scale right now, unfortunately this is a relatively slow process. Last week I was PISSED because the scale showed I only lost one lousy pound, after I worked my butt off and counted every sign calorie. Two hours later the scale said I lost three pounds. (After my morning coffee and flushing out god knows how many ounces of extra water). GG is right, the scale is a tool, and not always the best one for the job. It's going to move, whether it likes it or not, but be patient. Next week will be better :-)

It's true it's not showing any weight loss actually a slight gain... But clothes for better and I am down a total of 10.5 inches I might step away from the scale for a few weeks so it will stop putting me down. :(
