Rockin Around the Christmas Tree, It's a Happy Holiday!!I had an awesome time with the kids and their friends last night. The girls decided we would all use Christmas names.. I told them about a site that would generate elf names. Cell phones these days - they looked them all up on the way there!!
I was Zippy, my daughter, Buttons, and my son Goofy last name Snickilifigus. Friend Jack is Dingy Binky, Friend Sara was Cheerful and Friend Shelby was Snappy (I forget the last names) but it was fun.
We walked for hours, sang Carols in a horse drawn carrage. The kids enjoyed Hot Chocolate and funnel cake. Now I was not tempted by the sweet treats, however, a lady walked by with a container of fresh fried potatoes.. Now that made my mouth water!!
I stood in the face of adversity and was victorious!!! Go Golden Grinches!!
11 more days until my Diet Cheat Day!!! I have two work potlucks coming this week, I hate to not go but rarely is there something there I can eat guilt free! I am sure I'll manage, I've done it before and will do it again.
